Jasmine Pearls have been popular for several centuries. The shape of these tightly rolled buds guarantees that the essence and scent of the jasmine flowers is captured and retained inside the rolled 'pearls'. Use about 2g of tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons) for every 100ml of water. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 85°C for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time for subsequent brews.
