Red Dragon Pearl
This red tea is beautifully hand-rolled into little chickpea-sized balls. It produces a malty brew with complex spiced floral flavours, a rich nutty aroma and a bittersweet finish.
Use 10-15% tea amount to teapot ratio. You can make 4 infusions at a water temperature of 100°C with the following recommended brewing times: 1st brew: 1 min.; 2nd brew: 50sec. and 3rd brew: 1.5 min.
